Rental Agreement
- All dumpster rentals are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
- Customers are responsible for the care and proper use of the dumpster during the rental period.
- Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Extensions may be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit is required before delivery.
- Any additional charges, such as overweight fees or extended rental periods, will be billed accordingly.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
Prohibited Materials
- The following items are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, flammable materials, tires, batteries, and medical waste.
- Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional charges and penalties.
Liability and Damages
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the dumpster while in their possession.
- We are not liable for any damage to property due to placement or movement of the dumpster.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds may not be granted for same-day cancellations or if the dumpster has already been dispatched.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
